Original & Fire Roasted...

Our original salsa offers a fresh chunky tomato consistency that our long-time Baja Salsa customers have come to love.

Our newer Fire Roasted recipe is very similar to our Original except that we first hand roast our tomatoes and peppers over an open grill before blending, providing your taste buds with a smooth, smoky flavor.

Both Original and Fire Roasted come in three heat levels ~ Mild, Macho Hot (medium), and Super Macho (for those who like to breath fire!)

Baja Salsa is committed to Just-In-Time manufacturing so that batches are prepared as close to possible to the time of delivery to food service establishments or grocers. We date our labels so that you know that you are getting a Baja fresh product!

Baja Salsa uses packaging that is 100% recyclable and reuseable. Our ink for labels is water-based and environmentally safe.
